The restaurant "Kalaki," operating since 2016, is the first Michelin-star standard restaurant in Georgia. It is housed in a three-story building and can accommodate 200-250 guests. The total area of the restaurant is 1,500 square meters, with a height of 19 meters. The restaurant is equipped with both stairs and ramps for people with disabilities. Inside, there are two elevators: one for guests and another for the kitchen.

"Kalaki" is located in the historic part of Tbilisi, distinguished by its architectural diversity, where 150 years of historical layers are preserved. The restaurant’s concept is based on the fusion of classical French-Italian architectural styles and traditional Georgian design, creating a unique and diverse environment. A key feature is the atrium, which replicates the characteristic atmosphere of an old Tbilisi courtyard. The various halls are interconnected through this inner courtyard, providing guests with a truly unique experience.
